Tim knows his job and the equipment that's available on the market. He took the time to explain how the system works and what we can expect. He made his recommendations based on our needs and was right on. Great guy. Great Job. Great service. You can trust him. You won't be disappointed.
What I really like though is the great work ethic and commitment that they have to their customers. They really do care that the work is being done professionally. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I recommend them very highly.
Griswold Plumbing have carried out several jobs for me in the last few months. Jeremy our tech has always been brilliant. He is happy to discuss any problems and explains all the options really well. He gave us great advice and handled all the work expertly and quickly. The costs were very reasonable too.
Our main water pipe in the house ruptured on a Saturday morning. After calling the biggest plumbing company in CT (with 24/7 day service AND emergency service BTW), and being told they couldn't send anyone until MONDAY, I looked locally and found Griswold plumbing. After leaving a message on their answering machine, I got a call back within 10 minutes from Jeremy the plumber who said he would be there in an hour. He was on time, professional, and worked quickly to get our water fixed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you again Griswold Plumbing Services!!!
